Dan Craven is a bike racer from Otjiwarongo, Namibia, a small country on the southwestern coast of Africa. He has primarily made his income through racing his bike since 2005, and is famous for having raced in the most countries across the world. 2018 was his last official year racing professionally, also coinciding with a move to Martinez, California with his wife Collyn, who gave birth to their son Blaze. In 2020 Dan traveled back to Africa to race in the Namibian National Road Race, for the single slot the country has to be represented in the Tokyo Olympics. Spoiler alert: he won!
